3.The pipe is made of red copper and conducted by heat transfer medium liquid, water can not flow in the vacuum tubes.

4.No water inside tubes when the collector works, and the controller for collector has anti-freezing function. Circulation pump is operated when it reached fixed temperature.

5.Differ from common tanks insulation, besides polyurethane foam, the insulation of solar collector has asbestos layer more which wraps the manifold. This technology makes the temperature preservation superior.

6.A entire set of split solar water heater consists with solar collector, storage tank, working station and installation parts.

7.Multi-function for bathing, washing ,cooking, etc.

Working principle:

1.When the temperature of solar collector reach set value, the controller shall start circulation pump automatically.

2.The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically

3.The heat-conducting liquid transfer heat to water flow in manifold so that water can be heated.

4.If the temperature of circulation pump does not reach the set value, the circulation pump will not be started.

5.If the temperature of storage tank does not reach eough temperature, then start auxiliary heating device.
